On March 22, 2021, the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court signed an Order of Recertification of Mark P. McAuliffe as a Criminal Trial Attorney. The Recertification extends from January 1, 2020 through November 30, 2025. Mark P. McAuliffe has been a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney since 1995. The Chief Justice’s Order confirms that Mark P. McAuliffe demonstrates substantial involvement in Criminal Trial Litigation and that he possesses the requisite level of knowledge, experience and skill in this area.
